Returns and Exchanges

WAREHOUSE AND SAMPLE SALE ITEMS

Items purchased via the sample sale are ineligible for returns.

Refund policy

  1. Notify us by email within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. We do not refund original shipping fees.
  5. Free Returns on Orders Australia Wide (excluding all Sale items).  The customer will pay for the return of Sale items. NOTE: Goods sold via The Outlet cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless they are deemed faulty.

How to return orders for a refund:

  1. Email customercare@bandestudio.com with your Order Number and details of your return.
  2. You will receive instructions on what to do next within 48 hours.
  3. Post your item/s to: Bande Studio Pty Ltd,

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
 

Exchange policy
