Returns and Exchanges

Refund policy

  1. You must notify us by email within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. We do not refund original shipping fees.
  5. We doe not refund sale goods unless they are deemed faulty.

How to return orders for a refund:

  1. Submit your request via our simple Refund Manager in the Refund Portal.
  2. You will receive instructions on what to do next within 24 hours.
  3. Post your item/s to: Bande Studio Pty Ltd, 12-14 Gordon Street, Cremorne VIC 3121
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
 

Exchange policy
